Rossitto's Italian Gourmet Market & Eatery: Experience Authentic Italian Flavors in Pompano Beach

My boyfriend, son and I are visiting from Kansas City and we found this amazing gem today. The video of the fancy bakery is NOT this place so keep that in mind but seriously do NOT skip this. We went in and were worried we were in the wrong place and so we hesitated but the staff, especially the woman working the counter was welcoming and invited us to look at the menu and the dessert case looked so good. We sat and enjoyed a massive lunch of free bread, my son had an italian sandwich that he LOVED, my BF had the spaghetti Al pomadoro and was so impressed. I had a creamy pasta with mushrooms, sausage and speck. The woman we met coming in waited on almost everyone when they came in whether it was eating in like we did or those coming in for cold cuts or pasta. BTW they sell their homemade pasta frozen and she tells you how to cook it. I was so IMPRESSED with how she made sure EVERYONE was educated on getting the best out of what they were buying. As a Family and Consumer science teacher this made my heart soar. We also had espresso and a mocha chino, we got desserts of tiramisu and ricotta cake for later. When we left they thanked us even if we were there accidentally, but I can tell you this was not an accident, we were meant to find this gem during our vacay and wish we could take it home with us.

Employees and owners welcomed us as soon as we entered, we felt at home. Loved the atmosphere. The food was great, fresh and excellent quality ingredients, also great choices on menu. Best pizza in Lauderdale/pompano I’ve had. Excellent service. Our new Go To place for dinner or lunch.

Cutest Italian spot in SFlo. Everyone is super sweet and welcoming. The prices are so good and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend their pizzas and their desserts are out of this world! They get it shipped from Italy ???????? Also staff is the sweetest! Shout out to Steven.

We love going to Rossitto’s. It’s a small Italian gourmet market and restaurant in Pompano Beach on Atlantic Avenue actually near the bridge that goes over the intercoastal. Be sure to go for lunch. The food is delicious. The quality of the meats is top-notch and the bread is to die for. I love the cute decorations inside the restaurant. There is seating inside and outside the restaurant and you can also buy prepared foods to take home to include fresh pasta, olives, salads, meats there is also a huge selection of imported goods from Italy, like sauces, pasta, spices, snacks, cookies, everything you can think of. If you’re in the area definitely go to Rossitto’s. You’ll love the food, the atmosphere, and the people. If you found my review helpful, please give it a thumbs up. We came in on Tuesday and we’ve been thinking about the food since!!!! Honestly one of the best Italian restaurants that I’ve been to. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The service was amazing as well! We will definitely be back whenever we are back in the area!

Came here for lunch and dinner on separate occasions. Amazing service and even better food. Authentic Italian through and through. The grocery items are also fantastic. They serve wine and beer as well. Dinner was phenomenal and the sandwiches are great. Stopped by for a steak and cheese and it was amazing. Don't skip the fries either they are soooo good.

The care and passion poured into this establishment are palpable, from the warm greeting with their irresistible freshly baked bread and accompaniments to the truly exceptional dishes. The Arancine Siciliane were a highlight – a symphony of textures and flavors and the Veal Ossobuco Ravioli offered a delightful surprise with its light and comforting flavors. A special shout-out to Florinda, whose welcoming spirit and entertaining conversation (including some memorable marital WISDOM!) truly elevated our experience. Trust me, a visit to Rossitto's is a beautiful journey you won't want to end.

Best kept secret in Pompano..until now! :) This family owned restaurant is absolutely amazing as my family and I had a memorable dining experience here. From the delicious food made personally by the head chef/owner, to the incredible pastries & coffee but more importantly, the welcoming Italian hospitality is one of a kind. My family and I ate here several times during our trip and it was the same wonderful experience each time. We will miss the food and sweet hospitality tremendously.
